Christina Pace Hullett began her journey with Republic Services on February 5th, 2007, when she joined the team in Lewisville, Texas. When she first started at Republic Services, Christina worked in dispatch, managing all three lines of business: commercial, roll-off, and residential. Dispatching was a fast-paced and dynamic role, but Christina quickly adapted to the demands of the job. She was responsible for coordinating routes, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while handling multiple tasks and deadlines. Her ability to juggle these responsibilities made her an invaluable member of the team.
Throughout her time in dispatch, Christina was known for her problem-solving skills and her focus on efficiency. One of the guiding principles that has helped Christina throughout her career is her favorite quote: “Don’t give up, the first step is the hardest.” This quote reflects her resilient mindset, reminding her that even the most challenging moments begin with taking that first step.
