services. Skilled in Roll-Off vehicle operation.
Melchor has been employed with Republic Services for over 25 years and has been nominated for DTE
multiple years, he is well known for reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in supporting both customers
and company goals.
Melchor has built a positive relationship with his customers at TAMKO, he is incredibly responsive to
them and their needs. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of, and he is proud
to be part of the Republic Services’ mission to provide consistent and environmentally responsible waste
solutions.
Melchor has consistently met and exceeded expectations with Republic Services standards when it comes 
to safety, productivity, strategizing container DRT’s, DRM’s, relocates & deliveries to support the mission 
of both the customer and Republic Services. Melchor was nominated for his “Dedication to Excellence” 
for 2025 for his consistent safety record, punctuality, productivity, and outstanding customer zeal.
