Reginald has had zero safety incidents since he was acquired from the Champion acquisition. He has 
been an excellent addition to the Republic Services team. He is always finding ways to improve his route 
and has done an exceptional job making sure his customers at Baylor Hospital are always taken care of to 
the best of his ability.
