Ronald Howard

​Ronald Howard began his career with Republic Services on October 7, 2013, starting as a helper 
on a residential truck. For six years, he gained valuable hands-on experience in residential 
collection, developing a strong understanding of the company’s operations and commitment to 
safety and customer service. 
Afterward, Ronald transitioned into the maintenance shop as a Preventive Maintenance (PM) 
Technician. In this role, he applied his mechanical skills to keep the fleet running smoothly and 
efficiently. His dedication and technical expertise earned him a promotion to Second Shift 
Maintenance Supervisor, where he now leads a team, oversees maintenance operations, and 
ensures safety and productivity standards are met. 
Throughout his twelve years with Republic Services, Ronald has demonstrated loyalty and 
dedication, earning the Dedication to Excellence award nine times. He is known for his hard 
work, leadership, and commitment to helping the company succeed.
